The Tasman Trust has used the funds raised to acquire units in the Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund, which holds a diversified portfolio of 37 New Zealand properties, spread across the retail, industrial and office and car park sectors. The portfolio is also geographically spread througout New Zealand's North and South Islands.
