The Tasman Trust has used the funds raised to acquire units in the Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund, which holds a diversified portfolio of New Zealand properties, spread across the retail, industrial and office and car park sectors. The portfolio is also geographically spread througout New Zealand's North and South Islands.
