  • Contact us and explain the problem. If you use an intermediary such as a financial planner or broker they can convey the complaint to us on your behalf.
  • If your complaint cannot be resolved over the phone, you can make a formal written complaint to us.
  • If you are unsatisfied by the outcome you can contact the appropriate external dispute resolution service.
