Mark Wilson - CEO, Funds Management and Infrastructure, Asia Pacific
Mark Wilson is the CEO - Funds Management and Infrastructure in Asia Pacific for Brookfield Multiplex. Mark is responsible for all aspects of Brookfield Multiplex's funds management business and Asia Pacific infrastructure activities. Mark has overall responsibility for the direction and strategy of the funds management business, including Brookfield Multiplex Property Trust and the external funds management business. In his eleven years at Brookfield Multiplex, Mark held various managerial roles including Executive General Manager, Corporate Development and Group Company Secretary. Mark has been instrumental in a number of major equity capital markets transactions undertaken by Brookfield Multiplex Capital division and the Brookfield Multiplex Group Initial Public Offering in 2003. Mark has 17 years operating and investing experience and is a Fellow of Finance with Financial Services Institute of Australiasia.
Claire Bibby, Divisional Legal Counsel
Claire joined Brookfield Multiplex Capital in 2005. As Divisional Legal Counsel, Claire is responsible for the legal, compliance and company secretarial activities of the division, including each of the funds and syndicates it manages. Prior to joining Multiplex, Claire held senior legal and company secretarial positions with the ASX listed property and funds management company. Having practised law for more than 15 years, Claire's in house legal experience includes financial services, property, corporate and commercial law, as well as insurance litigation.
Kym Bunting - Director, Property New Zealand
Kym joined Brookfield Multiplex Capital in 2005. As Director, Property- New Zealand for Brookfield Multiplex Capital, Kym is responsible for the overall operation, performance and strategic growth of Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund. Kym has extensive experience in facilities, property and asset management with more than 18 years involvement in investment quality commercial, retail and industrial properties.
Kerrie Muskens, Head of Marketing and Communications
Kerrie joined Brookfield Multiplex in September 2004. As Head of Marketing and Communications, Kerrie is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all divisional marketing and communications. This includes production of reports and collateral, investor communications, call centre and share registry services, brand management, advertising and e-communication. Kerrie has extensive experience in brand, marketing and communications in property and hospitality.
Emma Shipley, Chief Financial Officer
Emma joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer of Funds Management and Infrastructure, Emma is responsible for financial management and business matters relating to the each of the Funds, syndicates and Responsible entities. Prior to joining Multiplex Emma held a senior position at one of the big 4 accounting practices. Emma has more than 10 years experience in financial control, risk management, management and statutory reporting, audit and process improvement, predominantly in the financial services industry in the UK and Australia.
