Noella Choi joined the Brookfield Multiplex Capital team in March 2004. Prior to her appointment as Fund Manager she was the analyst for several unlisted Brookfield Multiplex Capital products including the Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund and Multiplex Tasman Property Fund.

Sue joined Brookfield Multiplex Capital in April 2008. Prior to her appointment as Fund Manager, Sue was the Senior Business Investment Analyst for the business.  Sue spent seven and half years at Macquarie Goodman Group in various roles including Group Financial Controller and Group Analyst and has more than ten years experience in the property and funds management sector.

David Newling, Fund Manager - Multiplex European Property Fund

David is responsible for the overall management of the Fund. David has 10 years’ experience in financial and risk management, structuring, fi nancial reporting and statutory compliance. David was also previously involved in the establishment of international property funds at Colonial First State Property, which at the time was the Commonwealth Bank’s property funds management division.

Tina Raftopoulos, Fund Manager - Multiplex Diversified Property Fund and Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund

Tina joined Brookfield Multiplex Capital in June 2007 and has over 16 years’ experience in the property funds management industry, specialising in portfolio management, property asset management and the acquisition of diversified assets. Most recently, Tina worked as a Property Consultant in Dubai and prior to that at Investa Property Group, where she was the Portfolio Manager for the Investa Commercial Property Fund.

Tim Spencer, Fund Manager – Multiplex Acumen Property Fund and Multiplex Property Income Fund

Tim Spencer joined Brookfield Multiplex Capital in June 2004 as Fund Manager of Multiplex Acumen Property Fund and is responsible for day to day management of the Fund’s investment portfolio. Tim has over seven years' experience in property analysis as a Senior LPT Analyst at Aegis Equities Research and BBY, where he covered listed and unlisted property trusts and other property securities at both the retail and institutional level.
