Allan McDonald, Independent Chairman

Allan is currently the Independent Chairman of Brookfield Multiplex Capital Management Limited and currenlty performs that role for Brookfield Multiplex Funds Management Limited. Allan has other public directorships with Babcock & Brown Japan Property Management Limited (responsible entity of Astro Japan Property Trust), Billabong International Limited and Ross Human Directions Limited.

Brian Motteram, Independent Director

Brian has in excess of 30 years’ experience working in the area of finance and accounting. He has worked with international accounting firms, in his own private practice, and during the last 18 years in private enterprise in both the mining and property industries. He spent eight years, from 1996 to 2004, as an executive of a private Perth-based property group in positions of Chief Financial Officer and later, Finance Director.

Barbara Ward, Independent Director

Barbara is a Non-Executive Director of Brookfield Multiplex Funds Management Limited. Barbar has gained extensive business and finance experience through her role as Chief Executive Office of Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services, as General Manager for the TNT Group and as a Senior Ministerial Adviser. Barbara is Chairperson of Country Energy, a Director Lion Nathan Limited and as a Director of Qantas. In addition, she is a trustee of the Sydney Opera House Trust.

Brian Kingston - Executive Director

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Australia. Brian joined Brookfield Asset Managmenet in 2001 and has held various senior management positions within Brookfield and its affiliates, including mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking and real estate advisory services.

Russell Proutt, Executive Director

Russell Proutt is the Chief Financial Office of Brookfield Australia. Russell joined Brookfield Asset management, the parent company, in 2006 and has held various senior management positions within Brookfield, including managing the Bridge Lending Fund, mergers and acquisitions involving subsidiaries as well as transactions involving Brookfield's restructuring fund, Tricap Partners.
